COURSE DESCRIPTION 

This abstract expressionism painting course will teach you all you need including concepts, skills and techniques on how to create abstract work using acrylic paint. 

COURSE SYLLABUS/OUTLINE BY SESSION 

Each artist has a special imagination map that is very unique from others.Therefore, we find relativism in expression and imagination that comes from the idea that there is no human being (artist) identical to one another.

Art is a creative activity that is freed from all traditional mental restrictions. The artwork is a psychological record of its owner.. So art is a constant struggle between mental calculations

And sensual visions.

I - Activating the imagination 

Reading a philosophical, literary, or artistic sentence during the lecture.

Or Listening to a piece of music; Cello, piano,  Guitar

II. A different working technique for each lecture

- Familiarity with the elements of nature; Human / Animal / Bird / House / Boat / Chair / ...... etc.

- Continuous experimentation

- Exaggeration and smashing are essential elements of modern art.

- Breaking the rules of Asymmetry 

COURSE OUTCOME 

At least 4 different abstract paintings discussing 4 different themes/concepts

ARTIST/INSTRUCTOR BIO 

Award winning Artist, PHD and Masters Hisham Abdel Moaty 

Abdel Moaty graduated with a Bachelor of Art Education, Helwan University in 1996. 

His artistic subjects varied ,he cared about the major issues in his artistic experience. He

devoted his effort to the artistic awareness of a suggestive and creative humanitarian

issue such as (Illegal immigration and refugees) and he has held an art exhibition in this

regard of Over 24 sculptures and 30 paintings.) and he considered Adam & Eve as a main

source of artistic creativity for most of his artworks. Abdel Moaty’s  works belong to the expressive abstract school. Whether in a domain Sculpting, paintings or drawing.
